From Our Website
Working with large and small employers across the UK we recruit and develop talented individuals who will contribute to their organisation's success. Offering support and guidance around the apprenticeship levy and other apprenticeship funding options, Seetec Outsource helps you get the most out of your investment in training and skills. Working with a number of specialist partners, Seetec supports individuals from all walks of life to enter and progress in the world of work. We create and source jobs and opportunities, and by focusing on people's strengths we raise aspirations and help them overcome their barriers to work and develop the skills that employers are looking for.
In 1984, our main goal was to deliver IT training to unemployed people in the local community. Fast forward 36 years and our commitment to improving lives is stronger than ever. Originally founded as a registered charity, in 2020 majority ownership transferred to our employees, making us one of the largest employee-owned public service providers in the country. Since our early beginnings, we have developed our services to meet customer needs, expanding across the skills, employment, justice and health sectors, always with social value firmly embedded in our culture.
Seetec Pluss is a leading provider of work and wellbeing services that inspires thousands of people to find and progress in work each year. Together with Pluss, our specialist social enterprise, we empower individuals, businesses and communities to thrive. We're here to support your journey towards and into work. Our change coaches will help you feel good, develop your skills and confidence, and introduce you to positive employers. We can help once you're in work too, including support to progress in your new job or if your physical or mental health is affecting you at work.
