During every step of my application GRB were friendly, helpful and informative. The support leading up to the interviews were especially helpful. By far the best recruitment company for graduates looking for a job!

Thoroughly enjoyed working with GRB and would recommend them to any Graduate after a role. Daniel Pidgeon, the recruiter who worked with me, was thorough in questioning what I wanted in a job, and lead me through each stage of the process from checking my CV, to preparing me for interviews. They know the companies they work for and where my skills fit best, meaning no more wasted applications.
Hugely reassuring to know GRB was walking through the job hunting process alongside me. Couldn't recommend them more.

  • I would recommend this business

I had been searching for a job for around two months after graduating from university until I stumbled across GRB. To be honest it is a shame it took so long to find them because they were brilliant, and they helped land my first full time job! They were very professional from start to finish, unlike some recruitment agencies where you can tell you're being mucked around.

My consultant was Danielle Buckland, and like GRB, she was fantastic. She always kept me informed and it felt as though she genuinely cared, which was great and a big motivator to reach the end destination. I can't thank her enough for all the help I received and the effort she put in, she is a credit to the company!

Customer Testimonials

Utilising the expertise GRB had to offer made finding a graduate role so much of a smoother process than it perhaps could have been and for a large portion of time was until I began working with Gen Bell to land myself a job.
Both Gen and Dan, that I had contact with were extremely polite and were very knowledgeable, both in answering any question or problem I threw their way and at acting as the perfect intermediary between myself the company I have ended up accepting a role with.
I would recommend the company time and time again as I can't overstate how much of the pressure of finding a job was taken off my shoulders and handled so competently by GRB

I was always distrusting of recruitment websites / organisations because I thought they would be impersonal and link me to companies that I didn't really care about. However, GRB completely transformed this - I initially had just submitted my CV for random opportunities because I was looking for a job and then I got a call from my recruiter (Aleks Saddington-Poole). He listened to me carefully about what kind of opportunity I wanted and what skills I had to offer at the present time - I could tell that he actually cared. When he suggested the job (which I eventually ended up taking and now love), he explained every single aspect of what it would be like to be there. He also helped and supported me throughout the entire application and interview process. His charisma and energy really carried me through all the stress / worry. I had an incredible experience and would highly recommend GRB to any fresh grad!

Fantastic company! Very friendly, efficient and helpful with quick communication throughout the whole recruitment process. I built up a good relationship with Danielle who sorted me my perfect graduate job despite my unique circumstances. Takes away the hassle of searching and applying through countless application stages online. They provide great tips and specific knowledge to help you for your preparation. Have recommended them to multiple friends and can't speak highly enough about them all, a great bunch. They go above and beyond.

I would recommend the GRB for any graduate looking for graduate level positions in a wide range of industries. I can vouch for their attention to detail in ensuring a strong application is put through to the employer and that you are informed at every stage.

Faith Roberts, in particular, and Josh were extremely helpful throughout my job application journey from the welcome call to subsequent phone interviews and finally the assessment centre arrangements. It’s been a very smooth journey from applicant to starting my new graduate job and I couldn’t be more pleased. Many thanks to the GRB!

Throughout my internship there was a prevailing sense of learning and understanding. Not only did the quality of my verbal and written communication improve over my two week internship, my ability to handle complex data, developing my analytical skills was greatly ameliorated. The overarching company ethos to match the best graduates with the best positions is matched by a tireless drive to ensure that each candidate is afforded the best opportunities. Other organisations might focus on numbers and quotas but the GRB offer a guide on how to progress in the future whilst offering a practical and enviable skillet.

I greatly enjoyed my time as a member of the GRB and I welcome the opportunity work alongside them again.

Every graduate fears the day they have to "join the real world". I never thought I would be leaving university to go straight into my ideal job, but GRB made the whole process stress free and easy.

Marnie was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was always delightful to talk to, and helped with tailoring my CV to briefing me before each interview and answering any questions . I appreciated how I was always kept up to date and all communication was done over the phone. They don't just look at your CV but try and understand you as a person.

GRB is funded by the employers, defying the common conception that all recruitment agencies take a % of your salary. The service is free and the people are wonderful, I have no regrets and would highly recommend it!

I can now focus on finishing university and enjoy the summer stress free. It's a relief knowing you don't have to move back in with your parents! Thank you Marnie and GRB!
