Rates
We don’t believe in working to a set mark up simply because we believe that this is a key reason as to why the average rates within the industry are increasing significantly above inflation. When working to a mark up it is in the interest of the recruitment agency to put the candidate in at as high a rate as possible in order to make a higher fee on the placement. We would simply ask you for a total budget and then we can find suitable candidates within this figure, whether this would leave us with a 5% or 15% margin.
