Prisma Recruitment Limited opened in 1988, located in London's Soho. Specialising in architectural recruitment, the company grew quickly, opening divisions in building services and design office and admin support recruitment. Prisma's Office and Secretarial Recruitment was established in 1996 (and sold in 1999), followed in 1997, by Prisma Management Strategies, specialising in corporate mergers, acquisitions and industry specific business start ups.

Prisma Recruitment Limited is a specialist employment agency, working in architecture and design and workplace change. We have jobs in building design and occupied workplace moves and changes.

Prisma Recruitment Limited has supplied hundreds of companies with thousands of staff over the years. In addition it has provided consultancy services on many occasions, from advising on managing contractors to selling the business. The process always starts in the same way. Suzanne looks after the financial and marketing of the business. Her early career was in accountancy and administration before moving into recruitment in 1987. A year later she set up Prisma where she is now financial director. Under Suzanne's guidance Prisma has navigated recessions, the banking crisis and bad debts. The company remains in its original form as incorporated back in 1988. Tim provides management and training consultancy but is still very much a hands on recruiter.
