Absolutely the worst international recruitment agency. They promise to send your paperwork in to put you through jobs for consideration. Only to ignore you once they receive your paperwork. They do not have the common decency to call or email you to let you know those jobs did not go through. When you decide to contact them to find out the outcome. No response whatsoever. A rude and careless team who would be only treating you with interest should they be receiving a percentage of your work deal. Do not even bother getting them to help you work. A total waste of time.

I found CCM great until I arrived in Saudi Arabia. It turns out the exam they instructed me to do (and pay 300 euro for) was invalid and I would have to repeat it again, at a cost to myself. I emailed CCM about this only to be told they weren't responsible. My hospital held my last month's pay when I questioned this. Additionally CCM compromised my data protection by instructing me to change my NMBI personal details to a third party to obtain a CCPS, a mistake that set my registration application back two months.

If I could do it over again I'd never go near CCM. I have no reference from Saudi, my hospital withheld thousands of euro in pay due to me and as per the NMBI, I will struggle to get an overseas registration again. I have a friend still in Saudi Arabia going through the same issues, while a nurse that started the same day I did had no such issues. CCM recalled relevant emails regarding the initial exam I sat and ignored me when I questioned this. I'd advise anyone looking for a job through CCM to keep meticulous records and ask to be put in touch with someone already working in your hospital.

Heard good things about CCM but in the end couldn't find me a job, gave up, havnt replied to further applications or emails. Went to a different agency and had a job offer with the same hospital inside 2weeks! Pretty disappointed, my contact person seemed nice but couldn't come through.
