They weren't horrific, just not great. It seems the best way they want to encourage you is to fill you with all the hopes and dreams of your future employer and then as soon as you get it, avoid you like the plague. They never explained alot about their processes. It took me just over 9 months to get my holiday pay back for just 2 weeks. I think communication is a problem here and willingness to help.
Being paid is part of this and this was done well as the accounting department seems to be the only part that works well here as they use an external company. It is just a shame that the whole company does not work to the same standard.

The WORST RECRUITMENT AGENCY EVER! never responded to my emails in regards to my holiday pay, had to call them many times! and it's been a month I still haven't got my holiday pay! also when I started my new job they promised different salary than what I was given! they don't deserve even 1 star! why this company even working? No company should trust them!
