The Delton Group is one of the leading providers of Technical Recruitment, Training and Competency Assurance, Technical and Training Publications and related Consultancy services to the Worldwide Energy Industry over a period of 35 years.

Our roots were formed by the management buy-out in 1989 of the South East Asia operation of a Technical Service organisation, working in a similar field of operation since 1949. Four of that Company's senior Directors effected the buyout. The four partners operated the new Company from a central base in the UK, supported by a central Operations Office base in Singapore offices in Indonesia (three offices), Malaysia (two offices), Brunei and Thailand (two offices).During the first two years of Operation we acquired a UK Recruitment Company, to support the new Group, from where the name 'Delton' emerged and partnerships were formed in the UAE, Oman, Qatar & Nigeria.
