Nick Graff, MREC and Sian Maher, MREC - Owners and Co-Directors of Grafters Group met in the late 80s, whilst working for a large National Recruitment Agency. Sian managed the Commercial Office and Nick managed the Industrial Office. Both passionate about this industry and looking to provide a tailor-made and personal service, they joined forces to open Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999, offering a much needed and refreshing approach to Recruitment, without the target driven and sales aspect the industry was known for.
