Very unprofessional, a team member named Vinay send me an email for the warehouse operative role, I called him on Sunday and he says will send a form for me to fill up but on Monday I didn't receive anything? I emailed and message him again but didn't get any response! Mark is good as he respond very quick but don't think he is working there

Trash agency avoid at all costs. They dont pay for holidays and hours are always missing, they promise to pay next week but they always keep forgetting

Critical: Professionalism Don't use this agency, they don't pay for holidays and they forget paying for overtime as premium rate which is 1.5x. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

We have had a lot of people from berry not many happy. My friend was told she would get 4 days holiday plus 1 day work she spoke to someone at berry to confirm this. BUT they are only going to pay 1 day. Not very professional or understanding she has been left in a bad situation with rent etc They were asked to rectify this but they said NO That's Berry! not nice
