Harris Lord provided good initial service, but I was later very disappointed. I had two people contacting and supporting me simultaneously throughout one job application, so I felt like I had a lot of support behind me. Even though it was completely no fault of theirs, I didn't get the job at the very last hurdle. I heard nothing at all back from either individual at Harris Lord. Having gathered I didn't get the job, I emailed almost a month later expressing my disappointment and asking for feedback. This was a good while ago and don't think I'll ever get that feedback.

From the very start he was extremely professional and was excellent at explaining the role to me, he didn't take offence when asked about things like salary/hours and gave me all the information he could from his client.

He set up the interviews for me and gave me interview prep and was always contactable if I had anymore questions. Most importantly for me, he was organised and checked in on me before and after the interviews (there were multiple stages) and this for me really stood out as I had been dealing with a few of her recruitment agencies who said they would get back to me and then I never heard from again and this was quite demoralising.
