Being a Freelancer, I often use agencies for short-term periods of work and started using Elizabeth Michael Associates last year, when work dried up. I've been in close communication with Natalie Rudkin and have found her service to be personable and empathetic. Natalie listened to my needs and matched them specifically (even to the exact rate of pay I wanted!), when I was having trouble in my office environment she listened to my concerns and the issues I raised were resolved immediately!
I've not worked for an agency that has such attention to detail and care before, often in an agency role it can feel like you're 'disposable', but not with Elizabeth Michael and the effort that Natalie put into my job match. Service went above expectation and will only look for work through Elizabeth Michael again in future.
