No Matter how many times try to contact them(email/phone calls) nobody seems to come back. If you go to the office they will keep your CV but never contact back. Worst service from receptionist as well very rude.

Absolutely useless, they have no idea of what is required re. engineering terms, they flatly refuse to return calls, useless! Steer clear! Use an agency with manners and one which understands engineering and not one which employs people with no engineering knowledge.
