Barrie established BPA in 1993 and has developed long-lasting relationships with the Global & Divisional Heads of Tax in world-leading multinationals across APAC, LATAM & Europe. Many of the people he recruited as young tax professionals are today's tax leaders. Barrie studied Economics & Marketing at university and comes from a family of entrepreneurs.

Not only do we help recruit tax professionals for our clients, we are also often asked for our advice on the size, shape & structure of a Tax Department; in preparing first draft job descriptions; and considering gender & cultural diversity issues.
