Our business was borne out of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order of 2005, which put the onus on the business to carry out risk assessments on commercial premises.It meant employers, building owners and occupiers needed to understand fire safety and nominate a 'responsible person' to oversee fire safety activity and ensure compliance with the legislation.
