Very bad experience, no feedback, nothing. I have to ask them 2 or 3 times, then i asked the company directly, then only they gave me the feedback. Stay away from them.

I have experienced poor customer service, but, I never experienced such useless customer service as I have after recently having the misfortune of dealings with GoldGroup, a complete waste of time and effort, very frustrating congratulations Tom, this is quite some accolade.

Would not recommend them at all. The recruiters approached me and I went through the process with them and had an interview with a company in their recruitment portfolio. Months go by and I did not get a response at all. Not even a rejection or a reason for one. Asked them to chase up the company and kept on saying they could not get a response, so pretty poor for a recruitment company if they cannot even even do teh job they are advertised for in my opinion. Complete waste of time. Better off with a different recruitment company.

Avoid like the plague. Absolute liars that claim to be all about getting you the job until they run into ANY problems. These people wasted my time for 2 weeks and completely disappeared at the end.

Poor staff a woman shouted at me and my associate because we had a staff meeting about our share in the waifu pillow market we came out of the complex and were strolling towards our rolls royce phantom when the feminist came out of nowhere and shouted at us i pulled the machete out of my louis vuitton bag in my gold plated customized glove box in my rolls royce she also SCRATCHED my bonnet i am fuming
