Our HR roots are a key part of our USP - having sat the other side of an HR desk for many years, I caught the 'recruitment bug' early and still today, I love my job! I am very much involved in the daily oversight of our 'front-line' business. We have a capable recruitment team creating genuine and mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients based on integrity and mutual respect. Great agencies need great people, committed to making the best match between client and candidate. Nicki comes from a background in HR Management. She set up the agency in 2000 after realising that recruitment was the area of HR that she most enjoyed, combining her interest in helping people achieve their full potential with strengths in relationship-building, assessment, sourcing and negotiation. In her spare time, she can often be found spending her time with her four Pygmy Goats which are a great stress-buster!
