Stopgap contacted me in regard to a role I had applied for through them. Despite the link between my experience and the role requirements not being linear, John has the vision to see how someone of my skills would be perfectly suited to the role and the benefits to both me and the employer in thinking a little outside the box. John kept me in the loop the entire process, though all interview stages and gave feedback every time - which is the holy grail of recruiters as so many often ghost you after the first call.
