Supertemps treat all 'Temps' as individuals. The team are friendly and extremely good at finding assignments that are enjoyable. There are multiple opportunities to go into permanent roles or 'play the field'. I have worked as a Temp with them for 5 years now and loved it. Jodie Vaughan and Vicki Armstrong Jones are two of the best Recruitment Specialists anywhere in the UK. North Wales is lucky to have an independent local agency like Supertemps, it offers far more than any of the cookie cutter national agencies ever could.

I signed up for Supertemps during the pandemic not very hopeful of finding permanent work. They assisted me in getting an interview for a temporary roll within a very desirable organisation. Since then I have been able to make the roll permanent and owe my thanks to the Supertemps team, their excellent reputation contributed having to placed individuals in this organisation previously. Never heard from after Initial registering, staff don't seem to have a clue and preferentially treat Welsh if you are from England don't waste your time

After many years of permanent employment this was my first venture into Agency work and really couldn't have found a better agency. I've dealt with a few agencies over the past 6 months or so and Supertemps were by far the best. Quick to respond to queries, helpful staff (in particular Natasha) and very informative. They provided in depth advice with regards to interview techniques and assisted in providing information about the company interviewed for. I was first contacted around 6 months ago by one of super-temps representatives Natasha Jones as I was looking for work within a Sales Role, I agreed to send over my CV and was given an interview, Natasha kept me informed regularly through the recruitment process and I ended up getting the job. Supertemps is a small, independent recruitment agency located in Old Colwyn. Whilst they don't have the same volume of vacancies as the like of Hays or Reed they are very friendly and you get a much more personal service there and don't just feel like you're a name on a list. If you're looking for work or possibly for a career change they might just be worth a visit.
