In 1991, Dominic Wade and Philip Macdonald opened the doors to Wade Macdonald with a rolodex in hand and started calling around. 30 years down the line, the company has survived 3 recessions, a global pandemic and many other challenges but has become a flexible workplace with a truly great team of people.

Chris is responsible for all operations within Wade Macdonald, but as a hands-on Managing Director, he has never forgotten his roots and is more often than not helping out the team with the recruitment of our clients' roles. Cat deals with permanent recruitment within the Human Resources division and manages this division together with the non-qualified finance division.
