Stonor are a specialist Marketing Recruitment Consultancy founded in 2001 as an alternative to traditional KPI driven corporate recruiters. Disillusioned with the old-fashioned agency model characterised by low service levels and poor commitment, we developed a new, flexible approach driven by our client's needs. Our business has since grown to six divisions, each servicing different areas of the marketing & sales industry. All our consultants have worked for Stonor for at least five years and have a thorough understanding of their sector.

Craig is a Senior Consultant here at Stonor and has a wealth of experience placing Marketing, PR, Content and Partnerships focused candidates. After gaining experience as a Sourcing Consultant, Ben joined the Stonor team as Recruitment Consultant within the sales team alongside Ollie Riding. A qualified vet, Charlotte Harris joined in 2019 and ensures that every client we partner with enjoys a warm, professional onboarding experience.

Stonor uses Hinterview which is a video technology tool that creates a more personal recruitment journey for both clients and candidates. Hinterview allows us to properly screen candidates wherever they are in the world. By enabling us to quickly establish suitability and remove the necessity for a first-round screening meeting with the client, we have managed to streamline the recruitment process.
