In 1995, Sally was head hunted by a competitor agency to set up their temporary recruitment desk, winning numerous awards for her contribution to the company throughout her 8 years with them.Boasting a wealth of enthusiasm and knowledge within this sector, Sally joined forces with Liz Lewis, to establish St David Recruitment Services in 2002.

I have been working with St David Recruitment for several months now. They worked actively to find me a job that fitted my experience and in just a few days of speaking to them I was offered a role that I am still working at and enjoying. I have been with St David Recruitment for just over a year and have now gained a full time position. They have been amazing always available to speak too very reassuring and motivational. I had not ever worked with a temp agency before so did not know what to expect but they were there every step of the way and explained everything I needed to know. I absolutely recommend Rhiannon and her amazing team and would without a doubt if I found myself without work in the future hesitate to contact them again. 110% recommend.

I first found work with St. David Recruitment back in 2018 whilst at university. I have been back to them every summer since to find work. They are kind, caring and compassionate people, who not only want to help you find work but also care about your wellbeing. They consistently check in with you to make sure everything is going well. They have excellent communication skills and if I could work with them forever I would! I would highly recommend this recruitment company to anyone who is looking for part or full time work.

I applied to the agency and they found me work really quickly, and I stayed in that job for 20 months now. What a fantastic team at St David recruitment! They have always been so helpful and efficient when finding me temporary work throughout university and securing my placement year. I first starting temping with them in 2011 where I then secured a permanent contract. They are extremely friendly and have always kept me up to date throughout the recruitment process.
