I have been a member of Three R's for 2 years and I cannot fault them. I have always had supply teaching work even when it had been in short supply, they are excellent in every aspect. Being a small company means you feel more like family than a number being lost in the system. Highly recommend!

The Three R's are a very friendly and personable teaching agency. They communicate really well and are regularly on the phone checking availability or offering work. I've been sent to a variety of schools and feel that I'm trusted professionally to go wherever they send me. There is no pressure applied to accept work as my personal circumstances are always taken into account in my conversations with them. The staff are understanding and work and co-operate with you to help you to find suitable supply work. I'd happily recommend the Three R's to any teaching staff looking for work.

I have worked for 3rs since 2014. All the staff have been friendly and very supportive during all of my long term and short time placements. I have appreciated those extra phone calls checking that everything is ok. They are caring and accommodating towards the teachers they employ. It is a pleasure working for 3rs and I would highly recommend them.
