I was approached by Shawn at Pinnacle after posting my CV on a third party website. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I was really happy with the company he had proposed for me especially considering my lack of experience in that industry. Unfortunately, towards the end of the process, it seemed like said company were a little unorganised as they had prolonged making a decision for longer than agreed upon which resulted in me accepting a different position. Nonetheless, Shawn is a fantastic recruiter who takes into consideration exactly what your needs are and a very trust worthy person to work with!

I had reason to contact this company about a concern I had. The initial problem was taken on board by Steve Rogan who I felt redeemed his company by his response to me and his real concern for my problem i had experienced. Steve understands the importance of good relationship building.

Really disappointed with these people as if you have ever had the misfortune to be made unemployed you will know that nowadays you will be at the mercy of recruitment agencies which is unfortunate. After forwarding my CV for an advertised post I was contacted by one of their "consultants" who invited me for a Skype interview which of-course I obliged and as a result was selected for an interview with the actual employer.

I attended the interview which was a round 300 mile trip and the interview went very well (not blowing my own trumpet, it's just that we all know if things went well or it was a disaster!) and it lasted for around 2 hours, after which I felt confident I had a good chance of a second interview. After leaving the interview as requested by the "consultant" I called him to to update him as to how things went and he assured me he would call to let me know the result and this is where they really fell down, after making several calls and being given various excuses such as "he will call you back" or "not in the office today" I didn't ever get an answer either way or at least any feedback which as we all know is invaluable when job hunting. so in conclusion a total waste of time and money, I understand that you will not always get the job but it is customary to have the common decency to keep people informed either way, if I could give them no stars I would of.
