I am a former employee who called to ask about the desk phone we used as remote employees. I am wanting to use that in my current business. The receptionist rudely said she wasnt going to give out their companyies product. As if the contractor connection owns the rights and patents to the desk phone. Literally just asked a question and was berated like im trying to steal company secrets and that im some trash person. Ill be filing to HR at Crawford in atlanta also. Learn to speak to people with some decency.

This company is absolute garbage. I was referred to them by USAA insurance for my homeowners claim after a natural disaster and they don't answer the phone, don't answer emails and the one in ten times that they do get back to you they don't follow up on anything they said they would. Complete waste of time, absolutely useless company. Don't bother contacting them, they are too lazy to get back to you anyways.
