Premier Education has been working with The Recruitment Network for a couple of years. I first met James Osborne about 10 years ago at a training session he did in London and thought he was highly engaging. I've always been a big believer in life you need someone to guide you, give you their experience in business. The meetings they do for their members are Excellent, some great speakers and you get chance to network with fellow Directors of recruitment agencies. Gordon Stoddart is a master of customer service and I see this come through in the current work they are doing. If you are in recruitment want someone to help you in your journey I would HIGHLY recommend both James and Gordon and their team.

Gordon visited Karen and myself before Christmas for a business update meeting. I wasn't sure quite what to expect but it was a good meeting covering a lot of useful ground including a deep dive into values, where he shared his experience which was incredibly useful. Following the discussion Gordon suggested that he came down to run a values workshop which he did towards the end of January; it was a great success with high levels of engagement and buy-in from the team. We are now constructing our plan for the way forward with Gordon's assistance. All in all it has been very positive experience and we are looking forward to the results!

I've been part of "The Recruitment Network" for the last 9 months and whilst the peer to peer collaborations at the quarterly huddles are brilliant and lots of thought provoking topics (as a small business owner is priceless), I had not fully utilised the expertise that is on hand, until now.
