Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Contacted multiple times, always promised a phone call back but never received. Always Told to send over my CV with no further communication. Very bizarre way of operating and seemingly out for themselves as opposed to helping candidates find work.

Very professional, responsive and really on the ball. Within about a week of registering with SDW, I had an interview lined up for a role that was exactly what I was looking for. All the information that I needed was provided quickly and Steve followed up within a day of me having done the interview. Steve was really friendly, yet professional and to the point. I would 100% recommend using SDW recruitment if you are looking for a new role within the shipping/logistics industry. Absolutely fantastic service and everything was done very swiftly. From meeting with Dan I then secured an interview the next day and had accepted my dream job the next week. If you are looking for a foot in the door or just for something knew, I couldn't recommend getting in contact with SDW enough!
