Richard has worked in Executive Search since 1988. He was part of the team which acquired Talisman IS through an MBO, grew the firm to a 100 person operation in 7 European countries and sold/integrated the business into Penna PLC. With Jane, he established Chapter 1 in 2001 as a boutique firm where experienced search consultants deliver, rather than sell, retained searches.
