Our story starts over 20 years ago when I started the business with a desk, telephone and yellow pages. Having worked for both a national and international agency and with extensive experience of the temporary and permanent marketplace I wanted to offer clients a truly bespoke service that would suit their needs. Rather than being 'just another agency' it was my ambition to work alongside my clients and be treated as an extension of their HR department so that we could not just focus on recruiting staff but also add value in terms of market and salary information and advice on attrition and employment issues.
