Have known the firm for a number of years having placed me in 2 roles. The more recent experience was very positive - they made efforts to understand what I was interested in rather than sending me generic copy and pasted job adverts resulting in more selective intros but leading to a new role that I am very happy with. Max Roche - lazy recruiter who just sends out copy and paste emails to as many people he can even if its their work email address. Why pay for a firm that advertises 'Exectuive Search' when all they do is Spam a bunch of candidates to get a bite. Stay well clear
