Motor Trade Recruitment
We specialise in placing automotive professionals through a rigorous process combining psychometric testing, job-specific evaluations, and structured interviews. Our consultants conduct on-site assessments to ensure candidates align with dealership cultures and operational requirements. This tailored approach has secured placements for major motor groups across sales, management, and technical roles.
Recruitment Selection Days
Our selection days involve comprehensive candidate evaluations including psychometric profiling and role-specific testing. This multi-stage process ensures only qualified applicants progress to client interviews. We provide detailed feedback to both clients and candidates, maintaining transparency throughout the recruitment journey while reducing managerial workloads.
Video Interviews
We offer complimentary video interviews allowing clients to observe candidates' communication skills and cultural fit before formal meetings. This service enhances shortlisting accuracy while accommodating geographically dispersed applicants. Our technology-enabled approach maintains personal interaction without requiring physical presence during initial assessments.
Sales Executive Hiring
We identify sales professionals with transferable skills suitable for automotive environments. Our process evaluates candidates' sales methodologies, customer engagement techniques, and performance metrics. This approach has successfully placed non-industry personnel who subsequently achieved top sales positions at major dealerships.
Sales Training Programs
We implement sales training initiatives alongside recruitment services, enhancing dealership performance through skill development. Our programs draw on industry best practices and practical experience from former dealership managers. These tailored sessions improve team effectiveness while complementing our staffing solutions.

This place is a scam, they have a site set up and will email and text you constantly about the interviews and to sign up for a zoom slot. Do not do it, i didn't reply to any text or emails but they made it sound slike the interviews are closing soon.

Reviews can be bought and replaced. I've seen companies rattings little above 2 points going up to almost 4 points in less than 1 week before being bought by a big investor. I used to rely on Glassdoor reviews but now I don't. They are totally manipulated.

Totally agree with the previous comments! My experience: I posted a review about my company from my personal account, and then I saw there was an opportunity to create an employer's account since I myself work in HR. I have discussed this within the company and went ahead with it. I had to register with my company email and it basically forced me to write a review again (otherwise it did not let me continue).
Then Glassdoor removed both my reviews saying I violated their policy because I posted 2x trying to manipulate review scores. Wow! Even after I wanted to repost only one of the 2 reviews they claimed violation. In addition, for the short time my review was published, I saw it was showing my location and position openly. I work for a small company, I am the only person in that role and the location just made it even worse. How is this the anonymity they claim to ensure? That should mean the reviewer cannot be traced back.

Glassdoor Wont share reviews about companies if it touches sensitive stuff like religion, race and so on, which is precisely why people want these kind of reviews in the first place about workplaces. Not to mention the spammy attitude from their platform and the non updated ads for jobs, don't waste your time on here.

Unfortunately completely corrupted. You can actually buy some packages (only if the request come from the company account) resulting in poorly rated reviews to be removed and/or replaced by positive one (we used that service with our company, not really expensive). Glassdoor could be amazing if properly managed and trustfully.

This is a junk company. It keeps asking is I want to get some updates on everything, every time I go to their website they will somehow start to send me junk every day. Of course I know I did click some buttons on the website, but if I who doesn't want the newsletter gets the newsletter then it's really the problem of the design.
