We require Production Operatives for our busy animal feeds production plant, near Banbury, Oxfordshire. Following training, there is the prospect of the role progressing to a Shift Leader position. The job will encompass working as part of a team, within the production plant, dealing with both raw and finished products; understanding the production process; the use of the Company's production computer system; maintenance of the production plant and working within the guidelines of the Company's Quality and Health & Safety systems.
