As a consultancy, we look after our candidates and offer a bespoke approach which makes us distinctive in today's market-place. We are interested in maintaining a long-standing relationship with our candidates and helping them with their career long-term. You will be assigned one consultant to look after your recruitment needs on the permanent/temporary side of the business; this way we are able to get to know you as a person. It is frustrating when working with an agency if you speak to a different person each time you call who doesn't know you at all!
