Really good Organization. Despite the challenges of remote working. The zoom sessions have be great. Really interactive and fun the teaching has been great. Communication has been faultless, support is there with very prompt responses to emails. Coaching sessions have been really helpful. I feel it has benefitted me and my team so much and would recommend to anyone who would like to become a better leader.

I would highly recommend these people, the course, content their whole approach is personable, professional and interesting while developing you as a person and a team leader. with over 28 years in my trade and even as an MD and business owner, I treat every day as a School day and Total Excellence help achieve that.

Having not done any form of training for a very long time I was a little nervous about doing the course. I needn't have worried, Jude came to the office to sign me up and she put me at ease. Tom who took the course was fabulous, very knowledgeable, lots of relatable stories to help with your learning. If you get Oldham FC for your course you've hit gold, the food is amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to do any other course available by Total Excellence. The help during your assignments had been excellent as well.

The training had helped me to identify and even know myself better. I have been able to understand the strength and weakness of all my staff and how best to manage them. My time management has been improved with great knowledge of delegating. The training has helped me in all sphere of my life. The best experience I have had on a training course. the whole team at Total Excellence are at the top of the game when it comes to training. Jude Honeyman is so efficient, warm and welcoming. We will never use another training provider for future programmes. I completed the ILM Level 4 with the team at a fantastic venue and I was provided with the best online and one to one support. I highly recommend completing training with the Total Excellence Centre. The material provided both online and in the workshops was excellent and I will refer to it for a long time to come. Our trainer Tom was very knowledgeable and helped the group to not only understand the topics but open the floor to discussion and approach new topics with an open mind. Absolutely incredible company. I attended the Essential Management Skills course and was blown away. Highly interactive course which is exactly what I wanted as I have been on a few courses where you sit and listen for hours. Not here, instead I was actively engaging with the content, the other attendees and the trainer (lovely Jude). All in all it was a pleasure dealing with Total Excellence Centre.
