Firstly was recommend by a friend to join i have been with target for over five years they always try to accomodate you with shifts, reliable people get trusted more therefore your get more work understandabley they may share work shifts around if work is slack which is only fair a shift is better than nothing if you have nothing people dont understand they have to try help each of us out they couldnt exist if it was just for mates they try too be honest with everyone so get a job Allan you may have re access your skills and give the guys a break In a competive market they do their best i would recommend people give them a try what do you have to lose
