Decent services in sourcing household stuff even though once the candidate didn't show up and the client has not been notified. Completely unreliable and unprofessional when honouring third party agreements even when previously confirmed by a business partner/senior management rep. EDIT: As a response to the below and to be clear, one of the Founding Partners of this company entered into a verbal agreement with me. The very next day the Managing Director refused to honour the agreement over a trivial amount. This is not how you do business and this is certainly not how you get repeat business.
