I definitely would not recommend this agency. I was to be paid min wage, 8.21 per hour. After being in the role for a few weeks, the manager mentioned that wage of 9.36 per hour. It turned out, the agreement with the organisation was that they would pay the employee 9.36 but they decided to pay me 8.21 and pocket the rest. After fighting it for a couple of weeks, they finally agreed to increase my wage to the agreed amount, but even then, i still had to fight again to get that wage backdated.

Then i found out they were only going to pay me for 12 days holiday per year. The legal limit was 20! So again, after another fight, i managed to get my legal holiday entitlement. This agency is very underhand.

Because I have been able to get a job with them this Monday.

I had recently just obtained my fork license. So was eager for experience. The site manager Paul told me multiple times he was desperate for fork lift drivers and told me he'd give me a shot. so I was enjoying myself at work turning up early always smiling and would do anything i was asked. But yet they was sacked for been on fork lifts. I still can't get my head round it. I told them I wanted a contract and full time work as I was starting a family with my partner. And thethe still kicked me to Kirn for nothing discusting

They tell you that they pay 13phr on nights but when you actually get paid its 1 the less then when you ask them why they lie! Avoid this agency.

Put me forward for a job. Only negative comment is I was promised the job spec and company details on the Friday after speaking to Sol to give me the weekend to research the company. I got them 24 hours before the interview and I didnt have access to a computer until late pm that day. Had to give feedback about interview, but they were pleasant enough
