Was contacted by Louise about a vacancy and invited in to register. The process was easy from registration with the lovely Denise to my interview with Louise. The process was explained, and I was given ample opportunity to discuss my circumstances and timescales. Louise was patient, helpful and understanding. I felt I was given lots of good information about the agency and how she might be able to help me.

I left in no doubt about next steps and I knew that I could go back at anytime if I had any queries or questions, and I won't feel awkward or be treat in a way that I don't matter. It is such a pleasure to find Louise and this agency. I will definitely be recommending. Thank you.

I submitted my CV for consideration on an advert and was contacted by Louise to explain how the agency worked and also arrange a meeting at the office. Louise has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and found me work in no time. Regular emails were sent with new job suggestions and Louise would ring me to let me know about new roles she'd like to put me forward for. Having just relocated to Cornwall and not knowing much about the area or work availibilty, I found Louise to be on the ball and super fast!

As I mentioned, I have been placed into work already, and Louise is in constant contact to ensure I am happy within the workplace and to answer any queries I may have! 10/10 service! Although I've not really been dealing any of the other staff in the agency, I found the staff very helpful and friendly.

I am so impressed with this agency. I was contacted and interviewed by Louise. What I loved was she took the time to talk to me, explain everything I needed to know and find out about me. I have been to other agencies that are in such a hurry they don't care about you at all. It was lovely to be able to explain my position and find out what I needed to know and more importantly she was honest.

A wonderful experience so far, from my registration confirmation from Denise to my initial interview with Louise. Time and effort were taken to go through things carefully and I never felt rushed or pushed in anyway. Communication has been excellent. I have now been booked in for my first role after being contacted. The role was explained and I was given all the information and never felt like I had to do anything.

Time was taken to understand the types of role I wanted, and where I wanted to work. I can't recommend them enough. Louise is so lovely, makes you feel at ease and not awkward at all. A total joy.

This agency is fantastic, I was contacted out of the blue by Louise having found my CV and she gave me some great advice. My CV was not working that well for me but after taking her advice I was submitted for a role. It was so lovely to be treated in a way that appreciated my skills and how I should go about using them. To find someone in an agency that treats me like a human and wants to help me is refreshing. Louise has been so supportive and has kept in touch regularly. Amazing agency to work for! I wanted to earn some extra pennies before starting a new job, the agency are fantastic they provided me with lots of work which was great! If you couldn't do a shift then you can say no without feeling guilty or pressured. Rachel, Kiri and Louise are all excellent at their jobs. I can honestly say Everyone who works at the agency are just lovely people. I will be back.

I have worked for the agency since June 2018 has been a great assist to my current part-time job. Cornwall staff agency have given me an opportunity to gain skills I never thought I would gain, staff are easy to contact via email or phone and are really understanding when transport issues cause delays. Really good if your looking for places that could potentially take you on full time. Big well done to Emma, Kiri, Andy, Rachel, Naomi, Sian, Louise, and the rest of the team for doing a great job!

It was so lovely coming to meet Denise for my registration, she was thorough, professional, clear and made sure I understood all the next steps and why the process was necessary. I had my interview with Louise who put me straight at ease. I was asked a number of questions but in such a lovely way which helped me to explain my situation without feeling awkward.

I was contacted by Louise at the agency out of the blue. I was interviewed on the phone and advised about a job I might be interested in. I was interested and was advised about how to apply and what I needed to do to be put forward. I was offered time to consider the role and view the job details. I was also given advice about my CV and how it could be improved for the role.

I was selected for interview and I was over the moon, Louise checked in regularly and kept me informed at every stage. I was lucky enough to get a second interview but unfortunately I was not successful. Louise offered me constructive help to move forward and has kept in regular contact with me about any alternative roles that have come up. I have now registered for temp work and have been submitted for a role so fingers crossed.

I have felt supported through my journey to find employment so far and it has been professional, constructive and a pleasure. Louise is a lovely lady who seems to appreciate exactly what you need to know and contacts you just at the right times. Thanks to Louise I feel positive the right job is out there for me.
