Recently i experienced a horrendous time at my placement due to the fact i wasnt paid on time due to Brookson being hacked- in no way was this Precisions fault, to be fair Tom and Sharon went far and beyond their boundaries to ensure this was righted, i cannot fault their commitment and professionalim and would have no hesitation in recommending Precision to someone else-once again much gratitude to you both. Emma at precision was an absolute god send for me starting a new career she always kept in contact through every step of the way and even went out of her way to update my cv to make it look more professional. There was a moment when my old employer offered me more money to stay but would Emma take that as my answer well I called him my old employer so that says it all first time in my life I had two company's competing for me and thats all down to Emma. I found 'Precision Recruitment' to be a highly apt name for this business. My recent career history had made me quite a tricky candidate to place and I had begun to despair of the 'blunderbuss' approach taken by many in the recruitment industry. However Sarah at Precision took the time to really understand me and was tenacious in securing an interview with a client of hers, where she believed I would be a good fit.

The follow-up was also excellent every step of the way - pre and post interview and offer, as well as further calls during the settling in period. Absolutely a five star service! It is of course easy to write a positive review on a recruiter when you have secured the job but Sarah at Precision offered all that I would expect of a recruiter, were I the client myself.

I dealt with Natalie over the last few weeks. She was exceptional in her matching me and my new company. She made the process as stress free as possible. I am now a month into my new position and it is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend working with Precision.

I have used a number of recruitment agencies in the past and they all promise the earth, yet very few deliver. You can apply for positions where you fit all the criteria but you don't get past the gate keepers, they don't even take the time to meet with you or even talk to you. Precision are different and especially Natalie who had in depth conversations with me and interviewed me, obtained references and fitted me perfectly to the job I wanted.

All along the process she was there to help and advise and she is professional and friendly in her approach. I now have a good relationship with her and when the time comes that I will be employing more staff my first stop will be at Precision Recruitment and especially Natalie. During the time of 6 months I had been searching hard for an engineering position. I have worked with many employment agencies and attended many interviews. However I found precision recruitment to be the most professional and quickest agency at arranging interviews. Within three weeks of signing up with them I had an interview and gained a position.

Then even after that during my employment the professional side continued with Natasha Bates coming to see me to make sure I was getting on ok with my new position.
