RECENTLY - 1/2/2017 - I WAS CONTACTED BY ONE OF YOUR STAFF MEMBER (DANNY RAMSDEN - PACS ADVISOR, PRESTON) PLEASE EXCUSE ME IF THE NAME IS MISPELT. I CALLED BACK ON FOLLOWING DAY (THURSDAY), WAS TOLD HE IS OUT ON A MEETING SO LEFT A MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK. ON FRIDAY I CALLED AGAIN TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM AS WAS FINALLY PUT THROUGH. I DISCUSSED THE REASON HE CALLED ME ON WEDNESDAY AND AFTER A BRIEF CONVERSATION, HE SAID HE WILL SEND ME SOME JOB DESCRIPTIONS TO REVIEW OVER THE WEEKEND AND HE WILL CALL ME ON MONDAY 1100 HRS TO DISCUSS ANY OPTIONS. BEFORE THE END OF DAY ON FRIDAY, I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTS FROM HIM, SO I CALLED THE PRESTON OFFICE AND SPOKE TO ANOTHER ADVISOR. HE SAID HE WILL SEND HIM A TEXT MESSAGE ASKING HIM TO SEND THEM. MONDAY, I HAVE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTS AS WELL AS A CALL FROM HIM - AS SCHEDULED - SO I CALLED BACK. AGAIN HE WAS NOT ON HIS DESK SO I HAD TO LEAVE A "CALL-BACK" MESSAGE.
I WAS GOING THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE AND READ HOW YOU INVEST IN PEOPLE AND AIM TO GET THEM INTO THEIR CAREERS BUT IF APPEARS THE same COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR END HAS NOT BEEN ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS SET ON YOUR WEBSITE. LIKE ME, THERE ARE PEOPLE FOR WHOM GETTING INTO WORK IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE AND BEING CONTACTED BY A RECRUITING AGENT GIVES THEM HOPE.

I have informed Danny's manager of this but I will also speak to him myself and tell him to give you a call. We pride ourselves on customer service and this is not how we conduct business. I apologise again and someone will be in touch very soon Today:27/2/17 - no one has been in-touch. Seems like they are just gathering information and giving false hopes to job seekers. POOR Communication.
