Absolute wonder of an agency, contacted them on behalf of my daughter during the Summer holidays and two days later they were able to provide her with work throughout the holidays before she went back to university!

Absolute shambles of a recruitment company. First failed to mention there'll be an additional test during the first interview and gave poor instructions on exactly where the company was located in the building. Next they lied about the salary of the job, going from 25k to 20k (ridiculous in this day and age). Then finally completely messed up about the start dates, missing the dates by a month and even worse was when they claimed they had the right date it was on a bloody Sunday!?!? Avoid at all cost!

Faith Recruitment is a brilliant agency and I'd definitely recommend looking them up if you need a well fitting job quickly in Surrey. They are really efficient and nice. Luisa was great! She checked up every week that everything was going ok and when that placement ended was immediately ready with other suitable possibilities. She also responded really quickly to my questions and any concerns. Sam on the payroll was also really efficient at answering questions and very nice.

Dealing with Jordan has been an absolute pleasure, She is very professional and willing to go the extra to help make the job/interview a little less daunting. Thank you again

Faith Recruitment are an excellent recruitment agency who seem to put your needs first, unlike other recruitment agencies that are only in it for the commission. Stephanie was assigned as my contact and she was excellent from start to finish, always wiling to take my calls and she managed to set up many interviews for me in roles that were realistic and suited to my needs.

I was not pushed to going for jobs that I did not want and everything was sorted on Faith's end which as excellent. In the end, I accepted a job that was not offered through Faith, something that Stephanie took very well and wished me all the best. I was lucky to be given the opportunity to work in the job that I am in now but I have no doubt that Faith (and Stephanie) would have found me a great role too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

I have nothing but praise to give about my interactions with the 2 ladies I've dealt with being Jordan and Georgia. This experience left such a positive feeling of what felt like genuine interest in where I was in my journey looking for work, to helping me with a temp job in the interim and all the following up in between including : how the temp job was going, how did my interview go etc. I've managed to secure a full-time job with them and will be eternally grateful for this. The whole team at Faith are very passionate, professional and conscientious, they provided an amazing service. They genuinely care about the people they help! I spoke mainly with Georgia and she was always very positive and supportive, she seemed like she genuinely wanted the best for me! I ended up landing a job that I love in a company I am very passionate about. Highly recommend.
