Jo has helped me gain my first developer role out of university. Most recruiters just want to get to know you just enough to try and showcase you to their clients. Concept Personnel (CP) got to know me not only professionally but also made sure I felt like they cared about both my job hunt and the clients' needs. Even with tricky Covid situations, CP got me thought it and got me the dream job I've always wanted. Great company and great team running it!

I can't thank Erin enough for putting me forward for my current role. In my recent job hunt I signed up with a number of recruitment companies. Concept was far and away the best one. I worked with Jo, she was extremely personable, it was always a pleasure to chat with her on the phone and via email. She offered excellent advice for interviews. Even after accepting the job she has continued to be extremely helpful. In short I can't recommend concept enough, it was a great experience, and made an otherwise potentially stressful job hunt much more pleasurable

I think that perhaps Erin from Concept Personnel is psychic. We first spoke this year when I received my redundancy notice and she told me another company would take my arm off to have me, and what salary I could get. Working long and hard, sometimes under pay freezes and pay cuts since 2009, I didn't believe her. I had to be patient and wait some months for the right opportunity, but once it came along, I was offered a new role within several working hours of interview - oh, and the salary was spot on too! Thank you for believing in me, Erin!

I'm extremely pleased with the service I have received from Concept Personnel. I have now secured two roles through Concept - the advice Jo gave me on both occasions in the run up to the interviews was excellent and she kept me up to date throughout the process. I would not hesitate in recommending Concept Personnel for any candidate - they are professional, friendly and supportive which can't be said for all recruitment companies.
