We pride ourselves on our team - our colleagues are at the forefront of everything we do. We are incredibly proud to work for a social enterprise that makes such an incredible impact on people's lives both through our work and the values we uphold. We can choose to donate a percentage of our monthly salary to Wise Aid, our charity fund, which is then shared amongst beneficiaries chosen by us.
Community Justice

Our community justice mentoring services provide wraparound support and guidance to people serving short-term sentences. Mentors support their transition from prison to the community, reducing their chances of re-offending. Mentors help people to overcome issues such as homelessness, poor mental health, addiction and finance.

Our team help people to change their lives for the better. Whether that's as a mentor supporting people as they leave prison, an energy advisor providing valuable advice on managing energy bills or a work coach giving one-to-one support to help people build confidence to go for the job they've always wanted.
