Wouldn't even give it a star! Absolutely trash service provided by one of the main recruitment consultants called Sam. I was going through diarrhea and vomiting constantly throughout day and night. Called to advise cannot come in to work. She told me take paracetamol and go work otherwise the company will not want you to come back on Tuesday. Gives false information with threats trying to get you in to work like a robot. Person has no empathy or understanding when someone has a bad virus. She needs to get that brain chip out of her head and start acting like a human being.

I'm pleased with this agency. Good organization, on time payment, and the registration process was quick and straightforward. She is so angry and so roots she didn't know how to talk with workers and people. I spoke one of staff she talking like rooth and she was angry I just asking her can you tell me what was the wages on day shift and night shift that's all and she telling you are not interested you can't speak or don't waist our time but we also know what to do on my job she spouse explain but she cut off my call and hanging out my call this is not like to do. I don't interested now.i talk time is 13:27 day 31/01/2022 good by carry on.

One of the workers in this agency was discriminate towards me saying are you tutting at me like am a 6 year old he was a ginger guy apparently he died his hair blonde now also decided to block my email from the agency even though he was the one being rude to me and telling me did you just tut @me they don't even deserve one star unprofessional smh

This agency wasting peoples time and not giving good jobs out and making me work for 2 weeks and tell me no work and if i call back the agency they say you didn't want to work. am thinking you guys telling me no work available then why telling me that i don't want to work. Highly recommend not to go to this agency and poor service from the reception.

Would NOT recommend this company at all. Was told about a job and had a conversation with one of them over Facebook, got told to ring up about the job to have a more detailed conversation, they were rude, not polite, kept changing their minds about there being work on my area, I would stay well clear of this company. Rude, unprofessional and just a waste of time

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Horrible Agency avoid at all costs, the hire and fire culture is under investigation from ACAS they have no morals and will sack you on spot. The woman element at i54 is horrendous she has no clue what she doing and breaking employment laws daily.

Industria is a very good agency, i have been with them for couple of years and its been great in the recent years. I was working at disney and it was great working for them! They pay is amazing, industria pay you in time and send out payslips the day before. Well done to jess, Heidi, andy for giving me work.

I was told I would be starting a new job which seemed really promising and I was very much looking forward to it. But something did seem off when I had to keep chasing them up for information. I asked if I definitely have the job as I have to give in my one weeks notice to my agency, they assured me yes and i gave my one weeks notice in. 1 day later I get a phone call saying its no longer happening! and honestly in my gut i knew something was off because of how bad the communication was with this agency. Absolutely disgusted they let me give my notice in when they knew things werent 100%.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
