Many years of recruiting for roles from Graduates to MD. Several of my Graduate placements are now MD's! I have worked on roles ranging from Graduate groups to specific International search for Clients large and small. The satisfaction of finding the right person remains and working closely with Client's to fully understand their immediate and long-term requirements and delivering the right person at the right time has continued to drive me.

Running a recruitment business through various changes and recessions means I can empathize with other owners and start-ups as well as assist bigger companies working to deadlines.
