Had a bad experience with this company after they changed my rate on my last payment. I wouldn't recommend the payment company they use either; always last minute and late to get paid. "Never mess with people's money" very bad for business.

Telephoned me on several occasions for a position I never solicited in Ellesmere Port. Don't seem to fully comprehend what "not interested" means. Ended up having to block the recruiters number.

If I could rate 0 stars I would lied to get me to the contract then when I found a better paying job that was better for me I wasn't paid and russel taylor failed to forward my hours to the payroll company tried to contact them about it numerous time but been fobbed off numerous time avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible company, refusing to pay me for work ive done, when contacted about the fact it was late, pretended they had absolutely no idea what i was talking about

Got told by a man names Andrew that payroll would call to take my bank details for payment, didn't get the call, got told by a woman named marta the same thing, Told them I'm not happy and they are being unprofessional soni won't he back only go be insulted, disgusting and rude.

Would give zero stars if possible. Do not trust or listen to their bs. Was being paid through an umbrella company and they were paying THEIR NI contributions from my wages I pushed this issue was threatend with being finished up by Sasha, I never let this issue go then hours later contract pulled. Clearly not a coincidence. Also communication very poor, if you have a problem expect to be ignored

From the start of the recruitment process until the job offer it was faultless. Scott was professional in every aspect. He guided me through and was open and honest at all times. I no longer get the Monday blues when going to work. I have finally linked in to a job where every day it is different, is a challenge and above all. It is enjoyable going to work

Will say anything to get you on board. People only stay for a week or two until they get their first payslip and see all the deductions they make so you end up getting paid peanuts. When confronted they'll just delay you for ever and ever. From an 800 salary i end up getting around 530 after they take their deductions. Won't go back to working with them again. Avoid at all costs

Had a call from Russell Taylor asking me if I was looking for work as a AV engineer, which I was as I unfortunately got made redundant through furlough and the company downsizing. The consultant who called me "Kelly" and who was my first point of contact from Russell taylor was a very friendly Lady and provided me with all the information regarding the job and the process for the interview. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Russell Taylor have been very professional in the way they managed me from the initial interview through to getting the job, very happy indeed that I got the position and how they informed me along the way. Russell Taylor have been very proactive, and in my opinion have exceeded my expectations as a recruitment consultancy.
