Had the unfortunate experience of working through this agency in 2016. You'll be offered an hourly rate and then because your pay is paid through an umbrella company you'll be paying 2 lots of NI contributions (employee and employer) as well as a 20 admin fee just to pay your wages. You will also be told you have no holiday pay as you're effectively self employed. Steer clear.
