Our 2012 Research report 'Raising the bar in HR Recruitment' showed that there was a clear need to enhance new employee's success rates post appointment - especially in the first 100 days. Ever the innovators, we have since established the highly successful Oakleaf Partnership Mentor Scheme. The scheme is available to candidates we have placed into permanent or fixed term contract roles (6 months or longer), regardless of sector.
