Apple Recruitment got me employment in my desired field. I can honestly say, that the support and service I received, was 1st class. Aoife is one of the nicest most accommodating and helpful members of staff, in Recruitment agencies, I have ever dealt with. The accounts department are extremely efficient and helpful, on holiday or wages queries. I highly recommend Apple Recruitment for employment and support.

Rotten to the core company. Incompetent staff. No customer service. Never replied to emails. Never replied to phone calls. Not found me a job in over 2 months. Please go elsewhere and find a reputable employment agency who will find you a job - not give you excuses falsely claiming they are dealing with 100s of calls a day. UPDATE Watch this space for links to my correspondence with this appalling company who have the cheek to blame me for frankly pointing out their shortfalls of basic courtesy and service.

Apple Recruitment were my first experience of working as Agency staff - a route I was reticent to going down, as most people I knew who worked through an agency ended up in call centres. However, my experience with Apple has been overwhelmingly positive and helped me get experience working for two of Northern Ireland's emergency services, and ultimately attain a permanent post in one of them.

Apple really listened to what I did and did not want to do and supported me throughout. I was also given the option of taking part in things like BBC's Biggest Weekend. I cannot thank Stephen and Aoife enough for all that they have done for me. Should I ever wish to do agency work again, Apple Recruitment will be my first port of call.

Poor service due to almost no contact or email responses. If you will try to contact them by person they are just asking to write an email with the issue. Yes, that email will be not answered either.

Registered with them first, left the building really believing I hadn't long looking for a job and I was willing to work anywhere and anything including temp! Emailed constantly for 3 weeks. No reply and when she did reply after several weeks and emails later it was pointless! Really had high hopes and thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went though Apple recruitment for a job at Alliance healthcare started in November 2016 by January 2017 my contract was ended I did nothing wrong this is what this recruiment Service is like. Passed from pillar to post to find out why never got a answer JUST BECAREFUL OF THEM!
