Completed a full lorry course here with Jock Munday. The best two weeks spent learning everything needed and more. The course was concise, excellently presented, with Jock being a font of information. The patience shown by all the instructors we met and drove with was amazing. The calmness helped us all get through with passes. I can't thank them enough for the effort they put in to help me and the others on my course.

Did my Military Resettlement Course with Mainstream Training Ltd, then my Forklift Instructor's Course and eventually started working for them, first as an instructor, then as an NVQ assessor. I left over 5 years ago and whilst I can't attest to the company's new management structure I still know many who still work there. Good bunch of people who always try their hardest to give the best training and value for money. A very professional outfit.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Prejudice instructor who openly mocked his student's mother's accent. The same instructor who speaks disparagingly about his student's religion beliefs. I encourage anyone experiencing something similar to speak up and not be afraid that if they do, they will be given unfair treatment thereafter.
