Vince has been fantastic at finding just the right people. He doesn't just throw CVs at me, he asks probing questions and teases out the details that will pinpoint the right candidates, and as the process continues he helps to refine the profile and weed out people so that my time is not wasted. I firmly believe that if you don't spend sufficient time selecting the right people you will waste even more time dealing with the problem later. An absolute pleasure to work with. Vincent was incredibly supportive right from the start, and he and his colleague Ross ensured I had all the information I needed for my interview. I would say they went above and beyond any other agency I have worked with, and negotiated a slightly tricky conversation with finesse. I was in very safe hands throughout and could not recommend this company more highly.
